We are a boutique property agency, based in Double Bay, with a small team, flexible working environment and a desire to find an executive property assistant to support our team towards growth and system implementation. 

This is a hybrid role and would be perfect for someone who likes to make a role their own. We seek someone who has experience in administration, property management and/or sales administration. The successful candidate should also have a current real estate certificate or be willing to undertake the required training.

This is a junior position so we will provide all necessary training. This role is open to everyone but we envisage that this would suit:

• A current administration or executive assistant looking to combine their current skills with a property role. 

• Someone looking to forge a role in property, whether that be an end goal of property management or sales.

• Someone already working in a junior property management role. 

The role

With the guidance of the managing director and senior property manager, this role would:

• Complete general administration tasks.

• Undertake important sales and leasing documentation.

• Autonomously attend ingoing and outgoing inspections for managed properties.

• Complete routine inspections.

• Manage repairs and maintenance for managed properties.

• Manage processes around rental increases and lease renewals.

• Capture social media content whilst out and about (as required).

Desired and required skills and attributes

• Exceptional organisation, time management and administration skills.

• A current real estate certificate or a willingness to undertake a short course to achieve this qualification.

• A desire to work and progress in the property sector with a goal to grow with the business.

• A car and a current Australian driver’s licence.

• An ability to work Saturday.
